Zak Swafford joined Advenir Development in July of 2022. Zak assists with the analysis of contracts, budgets, timelines, and management of land acquisition projects. Prior to joining Advenir Development, Zak interned as an Acquisition Analyst for Advenir Living in Miami, FL. There, he assisted with market analysis and underwriting of potential multi-family acquisitions. Zak studied Business Management at James Madison University’s College of Business, from which he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Zak enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, and volunteering in his community.
