Mike Anna joined the Advenir Development team in May of 2024 as a Regional Director of Construction. He is responsible for leading active construction projects for all new LEO Living Communities in AL, GA, TN, NC, SC, & VA region. Prior to joining the Advenir Development team, Mike has experience in commercial and civil contracting as well as 8 years of experience in the multifamily sector, completing nearly 5,000 units with Terwilliger Pappas Multifamily Partners and Rangewater Development. In his role as Senior Construction Manager, Mike oversaw multiple aspects of construction operations, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project oversight as well as mentorship of junior team members. Mike graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 with a degree in Housing and Consumer Sciences and now resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Morgan, and three kids, Brooks, Merritt, and Libby.
