Matt Vecchitto is an Acquisitions Vice President for Advenir Development. Matt joined the company in January of 2021 and performs underwriting, macro, and micro market analysis and assists in Advenir’s due diligence process. Prior to joining Advenir, Matt worked at CIM Group as a part of the Investments Group based out of Los Angeles. While at CIM, Matt focused on acquisitions, financings, development, and asset management. Before that, Matt began his career at Goldman Sachs in New York where he was a part of the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging Investment Banking group. Over Matt’s career, he has been able to close over $6.2Bn worth of transactions. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago, with a major in Economics with honors. While at the University of Chicago, Matt was a member of the NCAA Varsity Soccer Team, Order of the C, and the Trott Business Program (previously UCIB).​
