Graham Bullmore joined the Advenir Development team in January of 2023 as a Development and Construction Manager where he is responsible for leading the entitlement, development, and construction efforts in the pursuit of expanding the LEO Living communities specifically in the Midwest region. Prior to joining the Advenir-Oakley Development team, he was a Project Manager for Riley Construction, a commercial general contractor. Graham started with Riley Construction immediately after graduation and worked there for 5 years, during which he was responsible for managing a plethora of different projects including hospitals, colleges, municipal buildings, industrial buildings, a private museum and archive center and R&D centers for tool manufacturers. Graham graduated from Northwestern University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and again in 2018 with a Masters in Management Studies. During his time at Northwestern he played for the NCAA Varsity Football Team. He lives in Kenosha, WI with his wife Taylor, their son Gabriel, and daughter Marit. ​
